For over 16 years, I have worked in international environments, developing organizational strategies and leading teams and projects across EMEA, APAC, Argentina and Brazil. I have lived and worked in seven countries and collaborated with leaders from 68 countries. For the past 9 years, I have supported leaders and teams in working effectively in diverse and constantly evolving environments.
For 8 years, I was affiliated with the Department of International Management at Poznań University of Economics and Business, where I conducted research and taught courses in leadership and cultural diversity.
From 2020 to 2024, I served as President of SIETAR Polska, Poland’s largest organization dedicated to promoting the development of intercultural competence.
I combine business experience, research-based knowledge and intuition to help people act with greater awareness and effectiveness. I work internationally, in both Polish and English.
